Mindfulness at UUCSC
UUCSC Mindfulness Programs invite the community to join us in mindfulness practices that help us find equanimity, balance, and warmth in our everyday experience.
On the first and third Saturdays of each month, from 3:30-5pm in the Sanctuary, we will offer Somatic Meditation, a set of mindfulness techniques based on embodied awareness. This program will not meet on September 21st or October 19th.
Our mindfulness for recovery program, The Heart of Recovery offers mindfulness practices in support of your process, not limited to 12 Step. This program is currently on hiatus.
