Mindfulness at UUCSC
UUCSC Mindfulness Programs invite the community to join us in mindfulness practices that help us find equanimity, balance, and warmth in our everyday experience.
Beginning Saturday, June 22nd, and then on the first and third Saturdays of each month, from 3:30-5pm in the Sanctuary, we will offer Somatic Meditation, a set of mindfulness techniques based on embodied awareness.
For those in recovery, The Heart of Recovery offers mindfulness practices in support of your process, not limited to 12 Step. This program meets the first and third Thursdays of each month at 8:15pm in Room 9 on the second floor.

Those interested in Mindfulness at UUCSC may also want to participate in UUCSC Virtual Communities, which is an extension of our mindfulness programs.
