All submitted content will be reviewed by the Communications Team and published according to our guidelines. Although the form accepts large files, we prefer web-ready content (smaller file sizes). In almost all circumstances, we will not publish any media specifically identifying children or youth. For any submission, we may reach out for further clarification. Please look for this communication at the email address you included on the submission form.
Please try to submit content no less than 30 days before the targeted publication date. Content submitted up to 10 days before may still be possible, though there is no guarantee of timely publication. Submissions 10 days or less prior to the intended publication date will be treated on a case by case basis, but should be considered unlikely to be processed in time to achieve the targeted date. We continue to work on our process to make this more efficient in the future.
