John studied music at the University of Utah, where he was fortunate to be able to sing in a world-class choir under the direction of Barlow Bradford. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Music Education before studying privately with Dr. Bradford and later earned his Master’s degree in Choral Conducting. After graduation, John served as Music Director at the South Valley Universalist Unitarian Society, where he developed an appreciation and respect for UU values. John is thrilled to have an opportunity to serve as Music Director here at the Unitarian Universalist Church of Studio City.
