A Talk by Lindsay Leimbach

Inspired by The Book of Joy, a publication by His Holiness the Dalai Lama and the late Archbishop Desmond Tutu, our guest speaker will talk about “The Cultivation of Joy.” Goodness knows, we are all eager to put a little more joy in our lives.

Lindsay Leimbach has over 30 years of teaching, leading, and speaking experience. She was the Head Director, Principal, and Teacher of a special education school, where she worked with severely emotionally challenged individuals and their families in the San Fernando Valley. She continues to work with businesses, spiritual organizations, and non-profits on mindful living at home and work, stress transformation, becoming your personal best, and spiritual awareness.
