You may exit US-101 at either Coldwater Canyon Ave. or Laurel Canyon Blvd. Go south to Moorpark. UUCSC is on the north side of Moorpark just east of Whitsett Ave. There is limited parking space (including handicap spaces) in the church lots. Plenty of additional free parking is available on the street.
